Activision's True Crime : Streets of L.A. is becoming more of a Hollywood blockbuster by the day. With Gary Oldman and Christopher Walken already onboard as voice actors, Activision have officially announced that the game will feature a mainstream soundtrack with Ice Cube contributing original tracks.
This move confirms Activisions determination to create a game which will present GTA : Vice City with some serious opposition.
True Crime : Streets of L.A., which has no official release date yet, will be available on all console formats. The game features Nick Lang, an ex-cop out for revenge against the gangsters who killed his father. Nick's brutal reputation and lethal skills have landed him a nasty job; heading an undercover task force to stop the Chinese and Russian gangs from ruling L.A.
The game will feature action sequences, driving and a non-linear mission structure, sound familiar? Put that to Ice Cube music though and you might just have a winner there.
