Zombies:
Event: Zombies will appear in your building.
Consequences: The building gets evacuated. (You will get rent).
Solution: Just wait, they will disappear after some time.
Fire:
Event: A fire will appear in your building.
Consequences: The room gets destroyed and must be rebuild.
Solution: Firefighters will come, and extinguish the fire.
Kidnap:
Event: A UFO will appear in your building.
Consequences: The UFO will kidnap all your visitors.
Solution: Just wait, the UFO will disappear.
Bomb:
Event: A bomb is hidden in your building.
Consequences: The building gets evacuated. (You will get rent).
Solution: Police officers will come, and search every room in the building.
Earthquake:
Event: A earthquake will appear and "attacks" your building.
Consequences: Some rooms will disappear, depending on the strength of the earthquake.
Solution: You can't do something against it.
Diseace:
Event: A diseace is in your building.
Consequences: The building gets evacuated. (You will get rent).
Solution: Disease protection will come, and clean the building.
