15 Outfits from the main storyline - Complete the game on Easy difficulty or greater
Classic Max (Max Payne 2) - Complete the game on Medium difficulty or greater
Old School Max (Max Payne 1) - Complete the game on Medium difficulty or greater
Advanced Max - Complete the game on Old School difficulty
Unlockable Cheats
Go to the "Chapter Select" and you can enable the cheats when you attempt to launch a previously completed mission. All stats and Rockstar Social Club accomplishment tracking is disabled.
