At the Title screen enter any of the following "Codes" to play as "Character":

60 FPS with All Hidden Wrestlers and Rings
Hold Circle Square L1 L2 R1 Up Right Select Start while the Playstation is powered off. Turn on the Playstation as the buttons are held. A menu resembling the practice screen will appear. Release the buttons and choose the game options. After all options are set press and hold in order R1 L1 L2 R2 Start. The game background will disappear if the coded was entered correctly. The frame rate of the game will be increased to 60 FPS. Additionally all hidden wrestlers and two extra rings Tokyo A 2 & Outside 2 will be available. Note that the increased frame rate is only available in Singles matches.
