Fallout 4 I BELIVE I CAN FLY Mod v1.0

This mod lets you fly with jetpack and bring also an overhaul to game settings that i use from years.

Note: This mod requires Far Harbor DLC.

you can fly with jetpack, and i mean you can comfortably hold jump and travel wherever you want. I changed some values to let you gain altitude but not flying so high to warp instantly to the ground (safe long voyages in case of necessity in survival).
You don't use AP during flying.

Power armor core usage rebalanced.
Action points drain 1/5 than normal, but actions like venting to the ground, jumping and running drain slowly your core.

cleared cells will reset in one game day, outdoor cells will reset in one game hour

Bartering is harder, but you can sell items at max of 95% of their value and buy them to max 105% of their value (like falllout NV)
This is possible only via drugs or dressing with something that raise your charisma above 10.

All the zones will spawn stronger enemies at higher levels, so north of the map may be dangerous even at a high level.

your health will raise 5 points per level, like Falllout NV and like other leveled enemies.
This should make you no longer a bullet sponge.

Damage reduction factor from armors will be lower for all damages.
To get the same damage reduction of a full set of heavy combat armor, now will be necessary a power armor (with the shittiest asset).
This helps to don't be so overpowered after you discover ballistic modifications for clothes and  armored enemies will be less frustrating to defeat.

weight reduction for survival is gone (probably will be necessary a new game).

traders will respawn their caps in one day instead of two.

This asset should balance high level players to play attention in any case because there is no more bullet sponge stuff unless you wear a top tier power armor.
Enjoy your travels with jetpack, no more tapping jump to control your flight, juts hold jump enable auto run and let be patient (if you are in survival).
If you are not in survival, you can reach almost every heiht with it, even the top of the prydwen.
