GOG.com, formerly known as Good Old Games, revealed today that it has managed to get 90% of its huge games catalog to work flawlessly on Windows 8.
To be more precise, the company has fixed and tested thoroughly 431 and confirmed that they are now 100% compatible with Microsoft’s latest operating system.
Interestingly, GoG team found that most of the games were compatible with Windows 8 without requiring any fixes. Owners of such games are able to run them on Windows 8 now without downloading any patches. For the rest of the 431 games, existing owners will have to download a new installer.
GoG is still working on bringing more games to the Windows 8.
