Alongside its new RDNA-based graphics cards, AMD announced a number of new quality of life features for its GPUs at E3 2019. Fidelity FX was its first one. That open source image sharpening feature comes at almost a zero percent performance hit and provides similar image quality improvements as post-processing technologies like Reshade and SweetFX. It's only available in games specifically made with it in mind though, so we'd expect that to only happen in a few months or even years.
Image Sharpening, however, is another thing entirely. That feature can be turned on in AMD Radeon settings and applied to just about any game. Your mileage with it may vary, with it sometimes helping to improve the clarity of onscreen images, even countering over zealous motion blur and depth of field effects. But it's a net positive overall which gives additional options to AMD gamers at no cost.
The last feature that's available to all recent-generation AMD users with the new drivers is Anti-Lag. This feature reduces the lag between a user input and it being represented on-screen in game. That should, in theory, reduce a few milliseconds between your actions being carried out in game and could make all the difference in a competitive title.
