Manoj Gupta took his iPhone to an Apple Genius Bar where they told him that his phone is perfectly well and needs no repairs.
After testing his iPhone, the Apple Genius handed out Manoj a report confirming that his phone suffered from a 22 percent call drop rate during their test run, but asserted that this is within the company's accepted quality level and that "most AT&T users suffer from 30 percent call drop rate or more."
We find it hard to believe that AT&T is able to keep a lot of customers in areas where 1 of each 3 calls is dropped. If you're and AT&T customer in such an area, please share your experience in the comments section.
