If you fancy yourself as a wiz at the more than 15 year old real time strategy title, Age of Empires II, then you might want to think about signing up to the World Championship tournament taking place this month, called War is Coming. It's open and free for anyone to enter, with a prize pool of over $120,000.
Obviously with a pool this big, some of the best players in the world are going to be in digital attendance, bringing all of their decade plus of play to bear, making the competition stiff, but you may not need to win the whole thing to net yourself a prize.
The organisation behind the company, World Series of Video Games, has pledged at least $10,000 of the prize pot to the community, in the form of Steam giveaways, vouchers, merchandise, prediction contests and more. That means not only will the community be involved in the build up and during the event, but it also likely means those knocked out in the early stages of the competition won't go home empty handed.
You can sign up for the tournament now, over at WSVG.net until October 27. The competition is set to begin on November 3.
