Although we've known for a while that Cliff Blezinski, the ex-Epic designer that worked on both Unreal Tournament and Gears of War, has been working on a free to play FPS called Bluestreak for some time, details have been pretty thin on the ground. Even today we don't know much about the game, but we have had a quick look at a pre-alpha map that was shown off at PAX this week.
The level is devoid of any combatants, which while making this teaser not particularly indicative of the final game, it does give Bosskey the chance to show off the beautiful detail in the Unreal Engine 4 produced map.
It features some outdoor areas with cherry tree blossom and running water, along with indoor arms lockers and some sort of technological facility, though it's not exactly clear what the absentee scientists have been up to.
Boss Key also chose this reveal to out that it has been developing the game using the latest build of Unreal Engine 4, which it says means it will be able to showcase what's going on during development with fans, letting them have some input in its ongoing creation.
