Mass Effect Andromeda could well be coming out on March 21 2017, if a leaked release date by Dark Horse Comics is anything to go by. The publisher of series like Predator, HellBoy and Alien, is also producing the tie in novel for the upcoming Mass Effect game. By its Amazon page making an appearance though, it may have shown us when the game is coming out.
We did know of course that Mass Effect Andromeda was going to release at some point in 2017. Initially slated for a Christmas 2016 schedule, it was eventually pushed back earlier this year following some internal delays.
This is the most concrete date we have for the game's debut though. Indeed it's not like the developers can claim that the book and game have different release dates, as the listing for the book states that:
"Dark Horse will release The Art of Mass Effect: Andromeda simultaneously with the game!"
It's hard to refute that. It makes sense too, since the 21st is a Tuesday, which is the typical day that games are released in the U.S. - for some reason.
Chances are we'll learn more on N7 day in November for any official announcements. If this date is accurate though, expect them to verify it at the event.
