Death Stranding is back, and it's still weird

Hideo Kojima left Konami under rather strange circumstances, with the long time publisher pal of his practically disowning him, removing his name from the latest Metal Gear Solid and cancelling his Silent Hills project. Since then though he's been working away at his own game, at his own studio - Kojima Productions - but we still don't really know what the hell Death Stranding is all about.

Even now we have a new trailer too, it still doesn't make a lot of sense. There's still weird ink everywhere, babies and dead things and planes and tanks. There's planes and tanks now too.

But those war machines aren't what we know of, they're strange, mutated, partly organic planes and tanks and they seem to be on the lookout for something, possibly the small baby that the star of this latest trailer is keeping safe somehow.

Even though nothing is particularly clear in the trailer, we are intrigued by the setting. It's some strange, World War II, alieny-supernatural world and it will be interesting to see more of what the game's about as times goes on. Is it a shooter? A horror game? A stealth action adventure?

What do you guys think?
