VRFocus confirmed that at least one group of Xbox One developers is working with the development kit of a Virtual Reality Head Mounted Display (VR HMD) for Microsoft's console.
Several studios confirmed working on software for the yet-unannounced virtual reality headset, but they all refused to share any info about the device itself or the software planned for it. They did however confirm that Microsoft will reveal it during E3 2015.
Obviously, the new device is set to compete with Sony's Project Morpheus and the Oculus Rift. It will be interesting to see how Microsoft intends to differentiate its product, especially that Kinect wasn't really successful.
