Square Enix confirmed that the next title in the Dragon Quest series will be released on Nintendo NX.
The game, dubbed "Dragon Quest XI: In Search of the Departed Time" will be released on Nintendo 3DS and PlayStation 4 too. The PS4 version is based on Unreal Engine 4 while the 3DS version will utilize a proprietary graphics engine as UE 4 doesn't support that handheld.
Nintendo still didn't share any info about its upcoming Nintendo NX except that it is a "brand new concept" and that more info will be shared in 2016.
