Square Enix has registered the name Sigma Harmonics not too long ago, and the latest issue of Japanese gaming magazine, Famitsu, revealed the first details.
The magazine has been translated by NeoGAF forum members, duckroll and Zanasea, and here is what they found:
- Sigma Harmonics is scheduled for release on Nintendo DS in Japan this summer.
- Yusaku Nakaaki is doing the character designs (DoC FFVII's subcharcter and mechanics designer)
- It's an Adventure RPG
- You hold the DS sideways like a book
- 60% complete
- Persona 4-style story, there seems to be a murder/mystery story.
- RPG elements (level up by experience gained from battles, etc)
- Divided to chapters, in every chapter a new murder/accident/mystery happens.
