Gaute Godager, the producer and game director of Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures has decided to quit developer Funcom, citing dissatisfaction with parts of the game as the reason behind his decision.
"I have done my very best making this fabulous game", Godager - who is also one of the original cofounders of the company - said. "But I have concluded there are elements which I am dissatisfied with."
"I have decided to act on this, and as a result I have chosen to leave Funcom."
Craig Morrison will take on Godager's role. Craig was a producer and game director for Anarchy Online. "It is time to get new, fresh eyes on Age of Conan, and I wholeheartedly support the appointment of Craig", Godager commented.
