If like me, you're a PC gamer sitting around wishing for something to play to tide you over until GTA V finally gets its PC release, then a new bundle posted up on Amazon should be right up your street, since it offers some of Square Enix's most popular third person action titles from the past few years at a ridiculously low price.
The bundle (available over at Amazon) includes Just Cause 2 and its Black Market Aerial Pack, along with Sleeping Dogs, Hitman Absolution and Deus Ex Human Revolution, all for just $15.
This is discounted by almost $90, down from the original price of $101.95. While that RRP sounds a bit ridiculous considering these games are getting a little long in the tooth, it's still an impressive deal for just a handful of dollars.
These are all well reviewed games too. Most have predominant four of five star reviews from consumers and did well with the gaming press too. Interestingly though, both Sleeping Dogs and Hitman fall into that category of high production values, high production costs and a very steep sales target that proved difficult to reach. These types of games could be part of a dying breed of AAA that if it isn't GTA franchise scale, just won't make a profit.
That said, these are great games and though they might take you a while to download each of them - since combined you're looking at over 25GB worth of gaming - those of you in well connected parts of the world wouldn't have long to wait.
It'd also be a good idea to have a copy of Just Cause 2 in your Steam library, since it gets you ready for when the Just Cause 2 Multiplayer finally leaves beta.
