Rockstar Games has announced that Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for the Xbox and for the PC is now available at retailers throughout North America. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for the Xbox and PC will be in stores in Europe on June 10th, 2005.
Those simple words, issued from Rockstar today, put an end to months of eager anticipation and of uncertainty for many gamers who came to the brink of investing in a PS2 only to try out the game. Well the waiting is over and fans of the GTA series who do not own a PS2 can now experience the game.
PC owners have an extra reason to be excited as, it is hoped, a multi theft auto version of San Andreas may now become reality. The thought of roaming around an entire state with other players is a tempting one and we can only hope that the people behind MTA will be allowed to deliver.
