Turtle Rock's asymmetrical Monster Hunting third person, first person, multiplayer, shooter is coming this weekend for its first big Alpha outing, giving players around the world the chance to stress test the game's servers and battle it out in far flung worlds against one another in matchups of monster vs man, for the first time, away from the trade show floor.
But what can we expect when that download finally finishes and we get access to the servers for the first time? Quite a bit by the looks of things and to help explain it, Turtle Rock has released a short video of some Xbox One gameplay it shot with IGN, showing off most of what you'll be able too play around with.
Xbox One owners will be getting early access to the game's Alpha on the 30th October, whereas the rest of us on PS4 and PC can get online on the 31st.
If you haven't signed up yet to be in with a chance of entering the Alpha, there's plenty of codes going around online. Checking the Evolve Facebook page regularly isn't a bad way to get one as it releases multi-use codes a few times a day at this point..
Clearly Turtle Rock is confident it can draw gamers away from Halloween celebrations to hunt some monsters. But will it? And if so, will its servers be able to handle it?
