Remember Infinite Crisis? That MOBA based on the DC universe that gained a bit of traction but other than that just sort of simmered away in the background? Well now it's officially been released and it's available on Steam to boot.
Much like other games in its genre, Infinite Crisis is free to play with in-game and out-of-game currencies that players can use to unlock content like characters to play as, skins and other extras. You'll get some free stuff to play with too, but if you go and spend $30 on the Elite DLC pack, which is available at two thirds off for the time being, you'll unlock every character in the game.
That goes for anyone that's already spent $28 or more though, including all of the latest characters, skins and extras you could want.
Doing either will also unlock the exclusive golden superman costume for you too.
"We would like to thank all of the great players who participated in our beta. Their passion and feedback were key to helping us deliver a really unique gameplay experience," said Jeffrey Steefel, Executive Producer (via Newsarama). "Today marks a major milestone for Infinite Crisis, and to celebrate the official launch, we are offering two special Champion bundles that will be available exclusively on Steam."
Any of you fans of the game during the beta? I played for a bit but it just felt like League of Legends with slightly more recognisable characters.
