Niantic has a lot of plans for Pokémon Go, as it has apparently only implemented 10 percent of its ideas for the game so far - at least that's what the developers said while speaking about it at the San Diego Comic Con.
Battling and trading are two obvious advancements that could be made to the game, though they'll be coming a little later as right now Niantic said it was focused on improving stability, up time and player enjoyment - preventing gyms being poached after being newly unlocked for example.
In the near future though, we can expect a small content update to help introduce players to new aspects of the game. The three team leaders, Candela (Valor), Blanche (Mystic) and Spark (Instinct) will offer advice to players once they have picked their team and will help with battles too.
As it stands, players who spend their first few levels collecting Pokémon in their surrounding area can be rather overwhelmed when they first go after a gym, finding their Pokémon decimated before they even figured out what they're supposed to do.
It's not clear what other advice they'll give, but more in-depth tutorials and tips are needed in the game, as it's quite obtuse as it stands.
What are some of the areas of Pokémon Go that you'll like to see improved over the next few months?
