Voice packs have proved to be a fun addition to Call of Duty games, as well as a way for Activision to bring in a few extra dollars out of the multi-billion dollar franchise. The latest addition for its latest game, Infinite Warfare, are the sultry tones of none other than Woo Tang's own, Method Man.
The How High and Keanu actor and rapper now has his voice as a payable extra for fans who want to hear him keep you updated on killstreaks, enemy activity and also throw some shade at your opponents as you gun them down.
Method Man joins the growing list of celebrities and artists who have been featured in CoD games in some manner. Snoop Dogg famously added his voice to the Ghosts edition of the game, while a slew of big name actors have become part of zombie experiences and main campaigns over the years. Most recently, Kit Harrington and Conor McGregor played bad guys in the game's single player campaign.
British Actor Craig Fairbrass also joins Infinite Warfare this week, voicing the UK Special Forces voice pack:
Both packs are available now on PS4 and Xbox One, costing $4 a piece. They'll be coming to the PC soon.
