Microsoft has surveyed some Xbox users, asking whether they'd be interested in selling back their digital content back to the Xbox store for 10 percent of the retails value.
"If the console digital games store for the console you owned offered customers the option to 'sell back' their digital games to the store for 10 per cent of the purchase price in store credit, would you be interested in such an offer," asked one question.
The survey asked a number of questions about Xbox LIVE digital store's experience. In addition to gauging their interest in reselling digital content, respondents were asked what they didn't like about the service and how often they shared games outside of the members of their immediate household.
Of course such surveys rarely lead to immediate change in policies, but it is an indicator of what Microsoft has in mind.
