The Games of Thrones TV show might be drawing to a close in its final season, but don't think you've seen the last of Westeros and its warring families just yet. Microsoft may be the next company to dip their toes into the battle for the Iron Throne, with hints on the Xbox Twitter and Facebook pages which suggest that a game based on A Song of Ice and Fire (the book series the Game of Thrones show is based on) will be coming to Xbox.
The teases both read "and now your wait begins," referencing the line the Nights Watch say when making their oath to the Westeros guardsman service, "and now our watch begins." It's joined by two images in a similar style. The first, is flames that lick across a partially-hidden Targaryan emblem, while the other sees icy winds blow over the emblem of the Night King — the leader of the Whites beyond the wall, in the True North.
And now your wait begins.

Other than that, all Microsoft told us to do was "Stay tuned," so perhaps we'll learn more come E3 next month. It would certainly be well timed to announce a big game in the franchise considering the show will have come to an end then and fans will be itching for a continence of their favorite show.
If you need a Game of Thrones fix in the meantime, I can recommend the Clash of Kings mod for Mount and Blade Warband, the CK2: AGOT mod for Crusader Kings II, or the Ages of Empires 2: HD Edition—War of the Five Kings map. They're all great fun and respectful of the IP they're based on.
