Remember when Mario screeched up in a new Mercedes to promote Mario Kart 8 and its weirdly realistic DLC pack with all those extras Mercedes 'karts'? Well now there's a bunch of other live action Mario Kart commercials featuring even stranger looking versions of the in-game characters.
Like Peach for example:
Is it weird that I find the in-game character more attractive?
And of course Luigi features, though surprisingly, sans death-stare.
I guess this is what sells cars in Japan?
