Survival horror is a popular genre of game on many platforms, which is why it's good to see ocean-floor survival horror title, Narcosis, appearing on many of them. It's set to release on Oculus Rift, Steam and Xbox One this month and its latest trailer does nothing to suggest we'll be able to play it without crying.
Narcosis has been in development for several years at this point and its mixture of claustrophobic setting, poor draw distance, dirty black water and a creepy voice over make it an absolutely terrifying looking experience.
What's most surprising about Narcosis though, is that the above trailers were released more than two years ago, with the expectation that the game would be released at the end of 2015. It was heavily praised at the time of its earlier trailer releases but we've not heard much since, until now. And the third trailer cements the fact that we'll leave this game for braver souls to play.
