Speaking under the condition of anonymity, sources have revealed the technical specifications of Nintendo's upcoming 3DS handheld.
According to said sources, Nintendo's 3D-enabled handheld will sport two 266MHz ARM11 CPUs, along with a 133MHz GPU, 4MBs of dedicated VRAM, 64MBs of RAM, and 1.5GBs of flash storage.
ARM11 is the CPU chip that powers the Zune HD, various Android phones and iPhone and iPod touches prior to Apple's A4 chip. Early reviews of the 3DS are comparing its graphical capabilities to those of Xbox 360 or Playstation 3, but with a smaller screen.
