On the game's official website, Nintendo announced that, starting June 30th, 2009, Super Smash Bros. Brawl players won't be able to upload user generated snapshots, stage designs, or replay data.
Nintendo didn't give any reason for the decision, but it reaffirmed that it will continue to distribute user generated content that has been uploaded before uploading is disabled.
