Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime admitted that many of Wii U promotional videos showcased at E3 consisted of footage taken from the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the games.
Speaking in an interview with Game Trailers, Reggie didn't shy away from admitting to "borrowing" the footage from other console. The Nintendo president pointed out that it is overly optimistic to expect footage from a console that is still a year away from launch.

"In terms of how good it looks it's going to be driven by what the individual developers do," he said without actually answering the question. "It's going to be 1080p, it's going to be high definition... You're going to see games that take full advantage of a system that has the latest technology and can push out some incredible graphics."
