Oculus VP of product, Nate Mitchell, announced a new "Oculus Ready" program where personal computer that meet Rift's minimum hardware requirements will be certified as such.
The program will launch early in 2016 and the first wave of certified will cost less than $1,000 each.
Oculus has already partnered with AMD, Intel, Nvidia, Dell, Alienware, and Asus; and is in discussions with other hardware makers to join.
