Living near a church or any municipal building can be a blessing and a curse, depending on how good your local bell ringers are. In some places though, they like to get creative, so even if the ringing isn't top notch, at least you recognise the song.
Take example the Norwegian capital of Oslo, which recently updated its 'playlist' for 2016 and has added the Super Mario theme to it. It can be heard playing from the hall's various bells at 8PM every night, though 7AM is the official start of the hourly jam sessions the residents enjoy.
Other songs currently being played each night include Ed Sheeran's Thinking Out Loud, Moorhead's Electricity and Subwoofer Lullaby, credited to Minecraft, which means you may now know it by name, but you would if you heard it.
These tunes will be played in the bell tower from now until the 31st May, at which point a new playlist will be selected.
If you had the choice, what would you have these clearly talented bell ringers take a swing at playing?
