In a financial statement released today, Ubisoft confirmed that a new Prince Of Persia sequel is in development and is set for release this year.
The new Prince Of Persia is set for release during Ubisoft's next fiscal year which starts at April, 1, 2008 and ends at March, 31, 2009.
In the same document, Ubisoft announced that Haze has been delayed again. The game was originally set for November, 2007 release before being delayed to December, then to sometime before March, 31, 2008, and now it has been moved to Ubisoft's next fiscal year, ending by March, 31, 2009.
For its next fiscal year, Ubisoft will release new snowboarding game that'll feature X Games and Olympic gold-medalist Shaun White. Ubisoft plans also to release new entries in each of its casual games brands, including Petz, Imagine and MyCoach, along with new, unspecified lines of casual games.
