An update to the European PlayStation Store has inadvertently revealed the pricing and release date of the rumored-yet-still-unannounced Battlefield 3 Premium Pack.
Before it was removed, the listing revealed that the Premium Pack will be released date on June 4th, 2012 at a price of £39.99 (€49.99/AU$79.95).
Battlefield 3 Premium Pack subscribers will get free and early access to all the game’s DLC in addition to exclusive in-game cosmetic items and stat-tracking services.
This package is clearly a response to Call of Duty’s Elite service which offer similar perks to Call of Duty players. Currently, Elite has over ten million registered users and 2 million paying subscribers.
