With the final PC, Wiiu, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of "Bit. Trip Runner2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien" at hand, its developer Andrew H. decided to discuss the differences between them.
Needless to say, the PC version enjoys the best graphics and shortest loading time, but only if it meets the game’s recommended specs. As for consoles, PlayStation 3 looks less pretty than Xbox 360 which looks identical to Wii U but suffers from longer loading time.
"For technical reasons, we had to remove a few features from the PS3 version: depth of field, shadow filtering, and micro leaderboards at the end of every level. As a result of having no depth of field, the game is sharper and colors more vibrant."
As an added bonus, the Wii U version can be played on the TV screen or on its tablet controller.
