According to Ubisoft, Pandora Tomorrow will break the mould and debut for PC and XBox first at the end of March. PS2 and GameCube owners will have to wait for the game until an "later date" in order to enjoy the Splinter Cell sequel. A GBA version of the game will also be released at the end of March.
The publisher claims that the need to match the XBox quality of the game on the PS2 and GC is the reason behind the delay and does not mention any shady lisence deal with MS. This, of course is win-win for Ubisoft since that way they will force XBox and PC owners to buy the game, remember the first SC sold extremely well on both these platforms, while PS2 and GC owners who do not own any of the, above mentioned, systems will also be tempted by the blockbuster title.
Meanwhile if you can't even wait a couple of months for the game's debut then try our Pandora Tomorrow Preview. It should keep you going until the end of March.
