A report from one of Japan's largest news outlets, Nikkei, hinted that Sony will leverage its mobile games initiative to revive older PlayStation franchises that are no longer available on the current generation. The five games will be released around late March 2018 but they will launch first in Japan and other Asian regions. Nikkei expects an official announcement to be made by the end of the years.
