Nier: Automata, the game about battling giant robots as an android of sorts in a world absent all human creators, has a new DLC pack out and it adds some rather unique enemies for you to face off against. They're not robots, that's your first clue that this release is a bit different, but more importantly, they're real people from the real world.
In the latest DLC release, you face off against the CEO of Square Enix and the CEO of developer, Platinum Games. No, we don't get it either, but it's certainly a unique way to expand a hack and slash title.
The two executives attack the player with collections of their own heads, hundreds of them, all flying around the room at once. It looks exhausting and actually rather difficult, so good luck taking on these bosses if you fancy a challenge after completing the main Nier game. The battle takes place in a massive amphitheatre, where androids can battle it out for entertainment purposes.
This content pack is called "3C3C1D119440927" and brings with it a trio of new outfits for the protagonists too, including a sexy nightgown, an apron and boot combo and a more militaristic suit of black and grey cloth. [Thanks Kotaku]
