A post release patch will add stereoscopic 3D support to StarCraft 2, the game's production director Chris Sigaty revealed.
"We will be releasing 3D in the first few months, for those Nvidia cards and screens that support it," he said before assuring fans that the development team is "optimizing for all systems".
But stereoscopic 3D is not the only graphical enhancement planned for StarCraft 2 as a post release patch. In fact, Blizzard intends to progressively add new visual features as "median hardware gets faster." Oddly enough, one of those features will be anti-aliasing which is a pretty standard technique used to reduce jugginses.
