Steampunk city-building, zombie-survival title, They are Billions, Has a new, hefty update called "The Six Wonders." It adds six new structures to the game which will cost you an arm and a leg, but they may help you not lose those limbs to the rampaging zombie hordes by giving you a big boost to your late game defences. On top of that, each one you build will give you a big boost to your victory points, helping the more experienced players out there improve their defences leaps and bounds.
The first of the wonders is the Lightning Spire, a towering, glowing beacon of hope in the barren landscape of undead fiends. It delivers a massive 800 energy supply and distributes power across 30 cells in all directions, as well as giving you 1,500 victory points.
Next up is The Victorious, a statue of a flaming soldier standing aloft the upturned faces of the undead. It nets you a near invulnerable structure to plug a hole in your defences with, whilst improving gold generation from surrounding structures by 20 percent. It also boosts your settlement by 2,000 victory points.
Then there's the Atlas Transmutator, a fire-breathing brass behemoth carrying a domed steel world on its back. It gives you a flat +40 to your oil production and 2,000 victory points.
The Academy of Immortals instantly transforms all of your units into veterans, regardless of experience and gives you 1,000 victory points too.
Elsewhere, the Crystal Palace ups your food supply by 800 and can be installed on any terrain. It gives a further 1,500 victory points to the side of the living.
The last one is potentially the most impactful, though it will depend on the scenario. The Silent Beholder mimics your Command Center but takes up all that space with a telescope that reveals the entire map and gives you a further 1,000 victory points.
The update is available right now for all players and should make for some interesting changes to the game.
