Totaku expands with Rare-classics Banjo and Conker

If you like collectible figurines, you may be interested to learn of a couple of new ones hitting the Totaku line of video game characters. Joining the collection of heroes from classic Genesis and PlayStation titles are some classics from the N64 era of Rare games, specifically, Conker, and Banjo Kazooie.

Totaku figures don't have any electronics to hook them up to your console, but they are a little like Amiibo figures in stature and style. They feature a small base and a character in an action pose of sorts. To date we've seen everything from Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles, to Crash Bandicoot, to Lara Croft, and Aloy, to name but a few. Conker and Banjo mark the next addition to the roster, expanding outwards into new, Nintendo-themed characters, which could mean that we'll see some other classics from that era in the future (thanks Eurogamer).

While Mario and co are well represented by Amiibo, perhaps some of those first-party characters will make an appearance in the line soon.

The figures are slated to go on sale this fall, with a suggested price of around $15 each.
