Fans of Mass Effect have been eagerly awaiting the upcoming trial for the next game in the series, Andromeda, but until now we didn't know if it would only include single player elements of the game. It turns out though, it won't. Players will also have access to some multiplayer functionality too, when the trial begins on March 16.
Includes MP as well ;) https://t.co/EqSBmkvNT2

Confirmed by the game's producer, Fernando Melo, players will have around 10 hours to play the game, whether it's in single or multiplayer mode. Nothing will be closed off in the demo, as it will be the main game but with obvious time restrictions. This is not a closed loop demo, as the developers want to put all of their time into making the main game.
Presumably there will be some kind of cap on how much of the game people can play, perhaps nothing beyond the first level, but as far as the rest of the experience goes, players should be able to do just about whatever they want, especially in the multiplayer mode.
PCGamesN has it that we can expect a new trailer for Mass Effect: Andromeda this week too, so that should add to the hype ahead of the March demo.
