Trick shots are something that have grown in popularity a lot in recent years thanks to the advent of game streaming and Youtube compilation clips, and virtual reality is no different. In the case of one gunslinger on Hotdogs, Horseshoes and Hand Grenades (H3VR), they've taken the freedom and realistic physics of the game's guns to perform some truly awesome feats of gaming skill.
AuxPlumes on Youtube has been posting H3VR skillshots for a while now, but they're only getting better. Recent reload videos show them throwing clips into the air before catching them with the gun and firing it immediately after, slinging individual bullets into a revolver before shooting down the casing and more.
They're so good, they even take the opportunity to show off their accuracy with miniguns and other high-fire rate weapons in a recent update video:
Yes the minigun in H3VR is ridiculous, but Auxplumes skill and accuracy within the game shows how accurate physics and dedication can lead to some amazing in-game abilities.
They probably don't translate completely into the real world, but you have to imagine Auxplumes is likely a pretty decent shot here too.
