"At the end of April we will draw the upcoming Witchers, who will be able to check the game before the global release in our technical soft-launch version for Google Play," the official website states. "All news regarding the early-access you can check in our social media channels."
Monster Slayer is a take on the geolocation, Pokémon Go-style augmented reality gaming experience. As you walk around, your phone will help you encounter mythical creatures from The Witcher universe, which it will be your job to slay using your mythical tapping powers.
This summer, your hunt begins in The Witcher: Monster Slayer!
We’re opening up registration for an early-access soft launch phase of the game on the Google Play Store.

The setting for this game is a far earlier time than existing Witcher games, where huge monsters and beasts roamed the continent with impunity. There were also many more Witchers to take care of the problem. You join that cohort of augmented humans with your augmented smartphone to take them down.
There's no firm release date for the game just yet, but it's coming "This Summer" so may arrive sooner than you think.
Sign up on the official site if you want early access.
