If there's one thing that the proliferation of smartphones has shown us, it's that people of all walks of live love playing games on them. Smartwatches however, don't have anything of the sort, but now that's not longer the case, as Watch Quest, a game specifically designed for the Apple Watch, is set for release.
Tagged, the Heroes of Time, the watch game links up with your phone to let you equip your hero and then you send them off on missions throughout the day. Fight monsters, solve puzzles, find treasure and forage for items to stay alive.
Players have the options are playing "passively," by selecting all of their heroes' skills and equipment up front, or playing actively, whereby as the quest progresses you need to complete small tasks to keep the character healthy.
The game is set to be free to play but will have micro-transactions for additional weapons, supplies and extended quests. The game is set to launch on April 24, right alongside the Apple watch.
