Reports have surfaced assuring that both Microsoft and Sony are preparing to reveal the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 successors.
The most reliable source confirming those reports is MCV's Ben Parfitt who tweeted that "Obviously we can't reveal our sources. But you have my personal word on this - the source is exemplary, 100% concrete, ultra high level."
Another guy from MCV, Michael French, then elaborated that "This is very credible. Even if we don't see the hardware itself, or know a price or date, key publishers and developers are expecting some nod towards what direction PS4 will take at E3 this year. Sony isn't stupid - it knows that if Microsoft is planning to also say something about its next console, it can't be left behind."
This news makes a lot of sense since Nintendo will show its Wii U publicly for the first time during this E3 and it is in Microsoft's and Sony's best interest to give consumers something to wait for.
