Microsoft announced that Xbox One closed beta will start sometime in February 2014.
Project Spark aims to provide a free and easy to use tool for people to create their own games and share them with others through a simple user interface. The program was first announced last June at E3 2013.
Project Spark for Windows 8.1 has already entered beta in December 2013. All participants in the ongoing beta will be automatically given new keys to access the Xbox One beta. Support for Xbox 360 should also be added sometime in the near future, but no time frame has been given yet.
Signup for Project Spark beta testing is still open at JoinProjectSpark.com site.
