Hardware hacker James "DarkUncle" Terry has successfully converted an Xbox One to a 22 inch laptop.
As shown in the video below, most of the Xbox One case has been reused in the mod. This includes the front bezel which hosts the slot-loading disc drive and the power light which was relocated to the laptop's top side.
For obvious reasons, the Xbox One laptop doesn't include batteries, so it must remain plugged in with Xbox One power adaptor while operating.
Looking beyond the geeky concept, it is safe to argue that a gigantic 22 inch system with no batteries hardly qualifies as a laptop. For comparison, most laptops are 15.4 inches. Nonetheless, this particular one has already been sold to an unnamed buyer for an undisclosed price.
