If you thought that Stick of Truth gave you a real chance to wander around South Park proper, then think again. A team of commercial makers at Tool of North America wanted to hone their skills at Unity and Oculus Rift development, so have created a faithful rendition of the sleepy little mountain town.
Over on the official site is a downloadable Rift version, but for those that don't have a VR headset to hand, you can explore the town in the free browser version. Either one lets you wander around South Park and meet some of its most iconic characters.
Cartman is there in his many guises, as Wizard, kid and the 'Coon, while Mysterion watches on from the rooftops. Miss Crabtree is there driving the bus and the underpants gnomes are in full gathering mode near Tweak's Coffee.
If you don't want the easter egg spoiled, stop reading now, but there's a great one if you run through the doors of the church. You fall down to hell, where you get to meet Satan and his minions, along with his longtime lover, Saddam Hussein.
I imagine there's more to be found in the Colorado town, so have a look around and see what you can find.
