EA doesn't intend to release any virtual reality games in the coming five years, but this didn't stop it from building a VR team tasked with baking VR support into its Frostbite engine.
DICE is currently hiring a Virtual Reality Creative Director, Virtual Reality Senior Technical Artists, Virtual Reality Senior Rendering Engineers, Virtual Reality Senior Gameplay Engineers and Virtual Reality Senior Software Engineers to form a "small and collaborative" team that'll bring VR support to Frostbite engine.
Frostbite is the game engine powering most of EA's top titles, including Battlefield, Dragon Age, Mass Effect, Need For Speed, Star Wars: Battlefront and Mirror's Edge.
