Psst, hey buddy. Yea, you. You want to see some beta footage of the upcoming Gears of War remasteringr? Here, you go. I got the stuff, it's good. It's a beta footage leak, so the quality is up there.
Pretty right? Clearly Gears of War has had a bit of a visual upgrade in this remastering, adding new aesthetic effects and much improved lighting and texturing. That's if this is indeed a remastered version of the game, as it's all rumours and hearsay for now, but this looks quite convincing.
Also rumoured about the new edition of the original Epic Games classic, is that it will feature 60 FPS multiplayer and will be called Gears of War: Ultimate Edition. The naming suggests that perhaps it won't just be the original Gears included, but perhaps much like the Master Chief Collection, it will bundle everything that's come before it.
If that is the case, fingers crossed that it doesn't run into as many problems as that latest Halo outing.
